the white plugs give it away
the white plugs give it away
Sorry I can not reply to PMs
my computer is still messed up
OBD zero are white (clearish) plugs
OBD one are grey plugs with grey injector clips
OBD two are grey plugs with black injector clips
Also that is a one million series motor (the numbers on the bottom of the engine code| it starts with one so it would be a one million series) which makes it a eighty nine to ninety three motor
OBD zero uses different sensors to tell the computer where the motor is
You can put a OBD one|two dizzy on the motor and it will work
The ECT sensor is also on the block on OBD zero motors (You will have to rewire it because OBD one|two ECT sensors are on the thermostat housing)

Engines aren't technically classified as OBD, rather their electronics and certain parts is what sets them apart. The white plugs on the engine harness and the vacuum port on the manifold would classify that as an OBD0 first gen B16A.

In order to convert it to OBD1 I would just need to change the dizzy and rewire the ECT sensor to the thermostat housing?
