What do you guys think? What are you guys running? How do you like the results?

 

I guess it all depends, but the JDM header seems to wrok quite well on them.

 

I will probably go Kamikaze because of the cheaper price they go for. My buddy had a Kamikaze on his single cam motor before it blew up, and that thing looked big. I heard that the jdm itr 4-1 is the best for n/a though.

JG is more for high end, but JDM ITR has good mid range.

 

I'd go with JDM DC ITR...

It would have a 2.5" collector regardless of brand... that's if you want to deal with the hassle of getting your exhaust modified to fit it.... or getting a custom exhaust built.

 

Would the DC JDM ITR produce more HP then the JDM ITR? What does the DC JDM ITR cost, and where is the best place to buy it from?

 

both the JDM ITR and JDM DC are the best bang for the buck, either will do FINE !

 

anyone know the prices for JDM ITR vs. JDM DC?

The JDM 4-1 has a restrictive collector....

I'd recommend a JDM DC 4-1...Unless you plan on porting the JDM 4-1. Dave at SMSP took a JDM 4-1 and Rewelded\Ported and Added a Custom Collector...looks tite. If you were going B20\VTEC, I'd recommend the SMSP Big Tube Header.

It's around $1100 I believe...I'm definately going to run one on my B20, regardless of the price.

little to spendy for my budget. I will probably end up with the DC JDM ITR.

 

I would go with the JG or the JDM itr header. As far as the kamikazee and the others go i dunno about them. you get what you pay for pretty much. JDM header and JG header make good power. IAN nailed it right on the JG with the B pipe.

 

I want somthing with a 2.5" collector, so that rules out the JG.

From personal experience, I bought the DC 4-1 first for my ls/vtec and when I got ready to put the header on, it did not fit, it was too short. So I got the JDM 4-1 and that works perfectly.
