what to expect out of a LS in a EG
im about to get a ls in my hatch and im wondering what i should expect out of it. im putting in a stage 2 clutch and 2 1/2 in. piping/cat. what numbers do you think it would put out and what time in the 1/4mile?

im going to run a b16a motor and a ls tranny. do you know what shiftlinkage and ecu i did to run. Also want time you i will run.

I agree it makes no since to use that tranny,but you can use the shiftlinkage from it or most other B series.As for your times,who knows there are a lot of factors,take it to a track and find out,but don't expect below 15's.

your going to hate that LS tranny on the b16...If you have ever looked at dyno charts of a stock b16 and a stock d16 from 0 rpm till 7000 rpm it is almost identical to eachother...the b16 shines from 7000-8000 rpm...that LS tranny is going to kill you...get the tighter geared Si,ITR,or GSR tranny at the least.
