What does it mean when water (fluid) is coming from tail pipe. I figure its not good. Any ideas???
Went to the dyno today with Boston area h-t people. Saw something I never saw, because I never saw my car redlined on dyno before.

BTW. thought I was in the Intefra section, but all help is good help.

how much fluid? can be moisture building up and also the weather can affect it...what color is the fluid?

 

Plus combustion of gasoline produces CO2 and H2O (water).....

 

Kind of alot of fluid. enough to make small puddle after 3 dyno runs.

 

It's completely normal. If your engine is in a near perfect state of tune the combustion by-products will be primarily CO2 and H2O (water vapor) the water is just condensing in your tailpipe. Nothing to worry about.

Does it smell (taste?) like antifreeze? Serious, don't taste it but you should get the scent if it is the bad stuff - antifreeze....
