does an obd2 gsr vtec need to be grounded with with a 1volt ground . motor is in a 94dx hatch

What??????

The vtec solenoid has one wire that runs from the solenoid to the ecu.
The vtec oil pressure switch has one wire that runs to the ground on the thermostat housing and one wire that runs to the ecu.

 

thanks. i wasnt sure where the wire grounded or if it needed a 1 volt ground.i know some of the ecu pins are 1 volt grounds and wasnt sure if vtec ran off one.

What's this about??

 

it runs to A17 on the ecu.
