Default VAFC OR chipped p28

What would be a better buy.. i have 92si w/ 2000 gsr engine..i now have 94-95gsr ecu which sux.. i was debating whether to buy the vafc and make vtec kick in at 5500 and increase fuel.. or would it be better to buy the chipped p28..what will make my car more faster...i have a cai and catback exhaust.. and w/ vafc can i increase revlimiter..

It would be best to stick with the P72 GSR ECU so it can control the IAB. That is unless you are using a single runner intake manifold like a Junk2, I mean Skunk2.

Definitely not a chipped P28.... Also the GSR cams weren't designed for the VTEC to "kick in" at 5500. Get yourself some ITR/CTR cams and a VAFC then you might see a noticeable difference.
