Default using a vx head for a si head

I'm have a blown d16z1 head that is warped and a spare d15z1 head and want to put it on. I also have the cpu for the vx. The believe the heads are the same, except for the cams and the valve springs. Is this possible? I was thinking of doing this for the gas mileage this summer to take long trips and when done with the traveling, put the d16z1 cpu, springs and cam in the head. The heads, according to my manual are almost identical. I believe the vx has a 103 tooth timing belt and the si has a 104. What about the oxy sensor?

the heads are not the same but it can be made to work. the oxygn sensor will need to be a 5 wire for the vx ecu AND you will need he vx intake manifold and egr control solenoid.
