is it possible changing the camshaft of the d15z1 (vx) for something else?

i was just curious if it was possible. why or why not?

Its not possible because you have the Vtec-E head which is really different than any other head. I would suggest getting a EX head and doing a mini-me swap if you want more power. You are already got the wiring for VTEC and you just need the head and ECU.
