Yes, it'll pass but you need to hook up all of the EGR equipment, as it part of the emissions of the Preludes (and H22 motors). Just as long as all of your vacuum lines are capped/connected, your swap looks clean (no loose wires all over the place), timing is good, pressure in the fuel cap, and you pass the sniffer test, then you should have no problems.

It will pass, as long as everything smog related is connected the same way it was connected in the Prelude.

clueless about that one, but i do know that hooking up the egr and that crap is a pain, but is definately feasable and you would pass then.

Countless people (myself included) have reffed cars with various types of swaps that used aftermarket mounts.

There are people on HT who have passed with JDM H22 engine and have shown their BAR stickers on this site, so passing a USDM in a integra is no difference. BTW the guy who passed had the JDM H22 in his EG.

look in the EG forum at the very top in the stickies. you will find the FAQ done by B18C5-EH2 aka Tom. there should be alot of links to the H22. besides I'm too lazy to look it up but it's been proven a JDM H22 can be BAR'd like any other B-series engine from Japan.

****!!! i remember that post about getting the jdm h22 bar'd. I know he used the p13 ecu along with egr, charcoal canister, new cat, stock muff....i know he made a thread about it but i cant find it..... Im sure poison or hondaZvic know the guy....

As far as the aftermarket mounts question goes...I have heard both stories. If your aftermarket mounts look all rinky dinky and ghetto(not safe for road) they will not pass you. So I think its more of a safety issue than and aftermarket mount issue I believe the guy who Bar'd the jdm motor was using hcp mounts, not 100% sure though....
