Default Type R Fuel Pressure

I am setting the fuel pressure on my 97 jdm R swap right now. It seems like i cant get it set right by the feel of the car. I have it set around 45-48 right now i believe and it seems to be running fine. What should my fuel pressure be set at? Also everytime i hit the gas at night with my headlights off they dim but it i let off of the gas pedal for about 3 seconds the headlights look normal again. The gauge cluster is doing the same in sync with the headlights. Any ideas? thanks

i dont really know how to give more details about the headlights. Its like an electrical problem somewhere i guess. just wondering if anyone had any idea of what it could possibly be.

The fuel pressure should be from 48-50 on stock internals and stock pump.

As for the dimming headlights/gauge cluster, that sounds like an issue with the alternator charging the battery...

Either the alternator is probably not charging the battery 100% or the battery is low on water inside, or the battery is bad.
