Default Type R camshafts and valvetrain, what parts do I need?

Ok, next mod for my car is CTR intake cam, and ITR exhaust cam. I'm also upgrading the valvetrain to ITR specs. I'm just unsure of what parts exactly I need, and how many of each (I assume 16) Can somebody check out this website and tell me what parts I need? Thanks.

you can move the stock intake springs to exhaust side and just buy the itr intake springs. cam gears, vtec controller (vafc, so you can adjust the vtec point), are needed and take it to a dyno to get the most out of it... a skunk2 manifold and jdm r pistons are not a bad idea either.

I already have a skunk2 manifold. I plan to buy a chipped P28 ECU. How high can the stock intake springs on the exhuast side rev to? Do I need to buy anything else other than the ITR intake springs?

the GSR intake springs are the same as the ITR exhaust springs....so rev to what ever the ITR can go.

I would recommend getting either ITR retainers or some titanium. The portflows run about $160 for a set.

Thanks, J
