mounting kit, unless you want to weld (hasport, hcp, or place)

a lot of people don't recommend place. hcp and hasport seem to be the good ones.

wiring harness might be required, but i only have seen obd2 to obd1, and obd1 to obd0. ask blown90hatch, he has some harness for sale
will the existing wiring harness work being that the block is obd2 and everything else is obd0?
you will probably need a y1 tranny considering its a cable tranny he'll need. shift linkage and axles too. i'm thinking the 90-93 integra axles will work, but i could be wrong. modified shift linkage. there are probably other things you would have to consider, but i'm not an expert so hopefully someone else can help you.

ttt for you.
