Default Tranny mount identification

First some background info. The car is a 92 Civic Dx hatch that was originally an auto. It has a b18b1 swap with an ls cable tranny. I need to get a new tranny mount but I'm not sure what mount is on the car. It is currently a stock mount which according to some of the sites I was going to order from is impossible unless something has been cut and welded. Which nothing is cut or welded, only thing is a metal plate that looks to adapt this mount to the transmission. I took some pictures of the mount off the car and I'm hoping somebody that has seen more mounts than me can identify what car this mount originally came off of so I can order a new one, thanks for any help.
