Default TPS code still on. Something else is messed. Help.

I have a 99 gsr motor in my 92 VX, Im using the obd-1 gsr ecu, and the gsr engine harness. At first the tps was broke, so I switched it. reset the ecu, but the tps code still is on. No CEL on, but when I check codes, the tps code is there. Is there some kind of wiring I have to switch yet? Since in using obd-1 ecu, do I have do soemthing with the tps ground, like chage it to a 12v switched like I had to do on the IAB??? If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
After looking into things a little more, I have a couple other questions. What do I do with the pcv and parge canister. Its still the stock civic one on the firewall, the big black canister, Im jsut wondering becasue there is a little black box on top of the intake with 2 hoses, and 2 wires, 1 of the wires isn't hooked up to anything, and it probably should be. Help me out here. And I heard that the little black box on the intake replaces the black box on the firewall. I hope that wasn't confusing.

no, the black box is the secondary butterflies and do not replace the charcoal canister.

check wiring to the TPS and make sure you don't have the MAP sensor and the TPS harness's backwards.

The IAB's have to have a Ground and the ECU signal from A17 with an OBD1 GSR ECU.

no, not the black box UNDER the intake. I know thats the IAB. im not stupid. an dmap sensor and tps isn't wrong. and I heard that I had to give the iab a 12v switched source, becasue im using the 99 gsr motor, and gsr harness, but im using a obd-1 ecu. the obd-2 needs a ground for the IAB, but the obd-1 needs a 12v switched for the iab
