Throwing a Code 21 in 95' H22A in a 92' Civic
I wonder how to figure out if the sensor is bad, and if it's not what could be causing the problem. I think its the vtec silenoid valve, but I'm not sure.

my car has been cutting off at 6500rpm and I think that's the reason why. It was throwing like 4 codes before. And I got everything else fixxed besides this. Would this be the reason for the engine to cut off early?

check the wiring for your vtec solenoid. Was vtec working before?
The reason why your car has a 6500 redline is because vtec is not working. I had the same problem. Fixed my vtec and it revved all the way.

vtec hasn't worked on it yet, because I couldn't figure out the problem. I all the other codes knocked out except for the vtec sileniod. The wiring seems to be fine. the green/white wire is wired up like it is supposed to be. How do I find out if the sileniod is bad?

I fixed the code, now the only code it is throwing is the egr code! I reset the computer, but guess what it is still cutting out at 6500rpm. The only thing my car doesn't have is the resistor box, but it isn't throwing a fuel system code or an injector code. So would the resistor box cause it to cut out early? And it is a p13 mt ECU also. I'm stumped!?

What was wrong with the vtec? What fixed it?
THe egr/valve code will not cause your car to have 6500 redline. I don't have egr in my h22 and it revs all the way, so don't worry about that.
You better hook up that resistor box because if you don't, your injectors are going to burn out.
When you reset the ecu, did you unhook the battery or just the ecu?
