tech h22a in a 97 civic ex
i got myself an auto h22a which i plan on converting to stick shift.. transmission is a P2C4 from a 94-97 accord coupe. i did search and came with no results in particular ....
1) are the flywheels for the h22a and b16a2 the same? if not, can the b16 flywheel be used ?
2) what axles should be used in a 97 civic ex?
any help would be much appreciated.
thanks

I don't think the flywheels are the same, nor think the b16 flywheel will work. Hope someone can clarify this for you.
For axles, I used a 90 accord midshaft with 90-93 teg axles. In a 96 ex with Enjo mounts. 1.9 drop in front. I have no binding and the axles don't pop out.
You can also use a prelude shaft with 86-89 teg axles with a driverside prelude inner.

What mount kit are you using?
If you are using a Hasport kit, you need Hasport axles.
The B16 flywheel will definitely not work on the H22!
Good Luck
