Default swapping d15b7 to d16a6 help please

ive just got a coupe lsi with a d15b7 if thats right? and im wonder how to go about swapping the engine for a d16a6 from a shuttle just cause its what i have here, now i know 1 is obd0 and the other obd1 but since it such a small difference in power and cc could i just use the engine alone as in head and block from the shuttle and use all the other stuff already in the civic such as manifolds, ecu , injectors and rail and inlet manfold and dizzy etc etc? cause im thinking if that would work then its still gona be and obd1 and i wont have to mess around to much with converting it to obd0

i know it might sound like a pointless swap but the d15 has had it and if ican sort the car with what i have here that be great
