Default sensor identification on b16

Trying to find the name and meaning of the one wire sensor under the distributor on my b16 I know it has something to do with the coolant but what? Thanks.

is ther any other port on the head that i can use to put a new one on cuz the one i have broke off flush with the head so i dont want to have to pay someone to get it out if there is another port that i can use or can i wire that single wire into another sensor or anything? thanx everyone

how could that possibly break off flush? the bullet connector could break, but the hex isn't there?

u should be able yo take the hex out its a 11mm un screw it screw in the new one and thats it idk how u broke that sensor like night said lol
