so i blew my old set up with turbo cause of fuel and timing problems, so got a b18c gsr block and b16 head on car, with turbo set up on the but havnt ran the charge pipe yet cause i want to get the car tuned first, well when i try to start car up it turns on then dies right after, keeps doin it for a good while, if car turns on and i push gas will die right away, when car finally turns on and stays on its pretty much ok, just that the idle jumps real low and goes bak to normal does this alot, it throws code 6 which is ect water temperature sensor, not sure if this has anything to do with why my car is running like that, the block is 97 gsr, head is 00 b16, its in my ek hatch, with obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and chipped ecu for now, if anyone can help let me know, could it be the timing is off, i drove the car home and around and it runs ok, just havnt got on it or anything didnt want to mess anything up, thanks

 

try connectin the charge pipe and see what happens

 

so i had a friend just come over and he fixed all the problems all it was that i had to plugs connected wrong, something so simple i just overlooked
