Swap Problem...Won't Start

Alright, tough damn day today. Got my b18c1 into my 96 ek today. Used 96-98 ex wiring harness, running obd2 p72, but the !@#$ won't start. It tries to, but won't turn over. What the hell is going on? The engine ran fine in my EG. I am throwing IAT code 10 if that says anything. I wired the CKP(crank) and 2nd o2 and everything, but it just won't start. I checked the spark plugs and it wasn't wet, so, I don't know if gas is getting inside the cylinder....could this be a wiring issue? (injectors not receiving signal?) Any body else have this prob? It's a 99 motor...

If you are getting spark... like its trying to turn over & its not starting your problem is probably:
1. map & tps plugs are swaped
2. harness is not completly plugged in... (green car harness plug & ecu plugs)
Check over everything :-)

i actually already tried swapping the MAP and TPS, because I had a doubt in my mind that they were hooked up wrong, but no difference. The harness is also plugged in as well. The motor does try to start, makes the sounds like its going to start, but just doesnt have enough to turn over. I am charging the battery as we speak, it will charge until monday, because I don't have access to it because my uncle closes the shop on sundays and chooses not to let me work on it while he's not there. So, I got until Monday to figure this out.
Any clue on the IAT code? (10)
I used my uncles diagnostic tester and it said "high voltage".
Hooked up wrong?
Cot damn honda should make different plugs for each sensor so swapping harnesses is easier!

The fuel pump is priming....if that is associated with the buzz you hear when the key is turned to acc. There was fuel in the line itself because i took the line off again to see if maybe the fuel filter was clogged or something, but there was plenty of fuel in the line. I gotta recheck all the wiring when i can get access to the car again. (monday).

If your plugs are not wet, then your not getting fuel. Check your wiring again and get rid of the codes. When my dizzy wasnt getting spark, I wasnt getting fuel eathier... In this case it takes 3 to tango, compression, spark, fuel. If your getting all that, make sure that the timming is on.
