Default Swap into a 90 Si Hatch in the BX.

I am thinkin of swapping a B16A or a B18C into my old 90 Si. What do you guys recommend for ease of installation? What Harness and ECU do i have to use? Doner engine ECU and Harness? Do i need custom drive axles or will another existing OEM axle work? I got a slipping clutch, and a leaky head gasket in the car right now, So Im about to pull the entire engine/tranny. Tips would be greatly appreciated.
