Default Swap aftermath...idle problems, throwing code 7, no VTEC

my car is throwing code 7 (the tps code). I also don't have my secondary O2 hooked up and i am getting no VTEC. the car starts up no problem at all, but then procedes to idle steadily at just below 2k. their is also and occasional hesitation and bogging at higher rpms, other then that it drive perfectly other then the above mentioned items...

this is JDM B16A (Ek4 motor) swapped into a 98 Civic Ex using the stock harness and the P2T OBD2 ecu. any ideas?

I think the bulk of those problems can be traced to the TPS. Either the TPS needs to be adjusted or changed. Fix the code 7, and let us know how the car runs after that.
