Suggetions on Engine harness?!??!?
As we all know, i've been putting an usdm obd1 h22a1 into an obd2 96 lx accord. I've been pretty much working on the wiring for the last two weeks to try to get my car running right. After A LOT of wiring and rewiring my car is still throwing two codes, code 9 and 10 which is a Cylinder sensor CEL and an IAT CEL. On top of that, my fans dont work when they need to even when i've got the right plugs in, bad thermostat maybe?
Anyway.....I'm sick of dealing with wires and i know hasport would've made me a custom engine harness if i sent them both my accord and h22 harness in. But the problem with that is that they wont touch my harnesses now because i've done some modding to it.
Now here's the point of this thread, does anybody know of a place that sells these "Custom" harnesses for my swap? That or if anybody wants to come over here to pasadena, CA and clean up this wiring bs for me and i'll gladly pay them.
TIA guys.
Pete

Re: Suggetions on Engine harness?!??!? (Accord_Kid)
If all else fails, go buy a stock engine harness for your car from a salvage yard, and send it with all of the H22 parts to Hasport..
Just to clarify the reason that Hasport will not work on your current "conversion harness" is because it takes three times as long to repair someone elses nightmare than it does to do it originally. Most people don't want to pay three times the price..
