I recently have formulated a theory, I read a zerothread on upgrading the D series, and came across a picture of what may or may not be the intake on my d15b7 engine, mine doesn t quite look like the pictured item.So im wondering if someone may know of a link of another source that shows what a stock intake looks like on those cars, because it may seem that i already have a partially hybrided car... i will post pics ASAP for judgement on whether or not its modified.

Are you wanting the Intake Manifold, or the actual intake tube and box?

my apologies, the manifold is what caught my attention, and the exhuast M. almost looks header-like...im wondering if the previous owner did in fact tinker with the car before i got it...

i hope to have a pic by the end of the day...i now know for sure my throttle body is not civic dx...its 62-65 mm (i couldn t get my CAI sealer off to get a good measurement) and it doesn t look aftermarket...i suppose that would mean i am already a hybrid...i can tell because of where the egr is that my intake isn t a D16Y8, but i really don t believe it to be stock. God its cold out.

i don t suppose theres anything on the manifold that explains what it is is there? maybe something im not seeing?
