Default Stage two: What to do next.....?

I have a 91 civic Si with the b16a with a Y1 tranny, a Skunk2 intake manifold and a port matched throttlebody. Also I have the exhoaust already done and Neuspped springs with the tokico blues, neuspeed strut and sway bars in most places. So I have got a decent part of my car done. But now is the next step, I will have about 3000 bucks saved up by the new year and was wondering if I am going to do the cams and valvetrain, which should I go with??? I can decide between the toda b spec work up or a mix and match of different items. What would you guys (or ladies) do?

Port and polish the head.....Toda B's.....dual springs....Ti retainers......Forged pistons, forged rods......balance crank/pistons/rods.

Are you planning on staying N/A or going FI?
