SRS flashing when trying to pull code (?)

SRS flashing when trying to pull code (?)
My check engine light is on after my B18 swap and when trying to pull the code, all that happens is the SRS light flashes continuously.. like THIS.
Anyone know what this means? I have been searching my a** off and havent found anything.
