Default Speedometer question

I've got an '84 CRX with an '87 Integra swap; I used the 140mph speedo from an '85 Si. My question is: I still have a speedo reading that's about 7-8mph faster than actual speed. I swapped the speedo drive gear from an '85 Si and the difference between it and the teg drive gear is about 1 tooth - the teg has 22 and the '85 Si has 21.

Do any of you guys know which speedo drive gear will give a more closer to accurate speed reading?
