Default Which sparkplugs should I be using when swapping an engine

I have an 05 TL AT transmission with a j32a3 motor which I'm gonna swap for a j35a6 but I'm not sure if I should be using the j32 spark plugs since it's that ecu I'm gonna be using or the sparkplugs designed for the j35 engine.

Let me hear your thoughts and if you have evidence or research to support your claim please post those as well

Use the ones for the engine. PCM has no idea what spark plugs are in the engine.

So i get we're not talking about B series, however when i got my civic with a GSR block with a type R head i noticed the spark plugs were longer than what the GSR engine called for. Would you wanna go with the head or the block normally?and technically speaking, would a taller spark plug technically raise compression? i know it would be minimal but if it came with shorter ones in it and called for the taller ones i would be afraid of it hitting the piston if anything. however in my case it was the opposite. the taller ones were in it and the shorter were what it called for. its just been bugging me for a while i never understood why they were different is all
