Default Spark Problems

still having spark problems. car is a 88 crx hf with an integra 93 integra xsi engine in it. car has been converted to obd1. i know the ecu is good, the battery is charged. i have replaced the ignitor, coil, rotor, and cap. i know i have power getting to the distributor. im not sure how strong the signal is though. by the way, the battery has been relocated to the trunk. im 99.9% that i have all the grounds needed (valve cover, tranny, wire harness grounded to thermo housing, and i have a separate ground from the thermo housing going to the body just for extra grounding.
when i try to crank it though it seems to be alot stronger sounding though. inface while i have one of the spark plugs out of the cylinder as i crank it i can see a spray of gasoline coming out (just one spray) and then when i turn the key back out of accessory it actually seems like it turns the other way, such as a bit a tension was let off of the crank. if i could only get spark im positive it would crank. im pretty sure this problem is something stupid so if anyone has any idea just let me know.
