Default some MORE IAB help

ok, i have been reading old threads about IABs for the last 2 hours and i still cant come up with a solution.

i have a 1995 jdm gsr (b18c) in a 1992 civic DX. running the matching obd1 p72 ecu and i'm using my DX harness with some wires and such added for the KS and vtec. everything has been running strong since i did the swap several months ago. anyway i thought about it today and realized my IABs wernt hooked up...and now i would like to fix that.

i remember doing something with the ecu at the time of the swap to get this to work...something about a17 and a20, so i looked at the ecu and realized only a17 had something plugged into it. nothing was in a20. is this right or not? I then took a look at a vacuum diagram and realized all of that was messed up. right away i noticed a vacuum line coming from the gray canaster to a 3way splice piece thing on the diagram...i then noticed i had nothing at all like that on my car.

please help me out with anything you have. ask questions if i didnt word something right or if i left something out.

thanks a lot guys. i want to get the full potential out of my motor!

edit: so i rememberd that the JDM b18c doesnt have a EVAP purge solinode thing on it...so thats why nothing is plugged into a20. however i think i used the extra clip from my wire harness for the IAB. one of the wires is red and the other is yellow and black. i re-pinned the red one from a20 to a17. so is this wired up correctly?

I just did this swap this weekend and I did the wiring for this also. If you are running the stock harness, then just switch pin A20 to A17 from the ECU. Then look for the EVAP purge solenoid connector that is on the stock DX harness and plug that into the sensor thats in the black box underneath your GSR intake manifold. Then your done. Here is a link to the wiring diagram, go to page 2 of the post to see it https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1146266&page=2
Also here is the write up that c-speedracing did to wire up the IAB solenoid using the stock harness

Hope this helps! PM me if you have any more questions.........
