Default Smarter to go boosted B16 or boosted ZC.....

So, I had a thought today.....

I have been planning boosted B16 for a long time, with a power goal of 350 or so.

Would it be smarter (read more cost effective) for me to go boosted ZC?

I mean, I'm pretty sure it would be cheaper for the same amount of power, but I'm not 100% sure on what I can use that I already have.

It would be going in a 90 CRX Si, so I can use the existing mounts, tranny, wiring?, but I need to change the ECU?

What do I need to do as far as OBD to boost the ZC?
