Default Sleeving...

How much does it cost to sleeve a head? Should u get a head sleeved after u get a new engine? How much does it cost? Is it worth it?

You don't sleeve a head. You sleeve a block. Costs about $1000 if done right.

No need to do it unless you are planning big boost...or you're hoping for low 11s All-motor.

Someone please explain exactly what sleeving is. I know that if I try, I'll leave out a few details.

Stock Aluminum Cast Sleeves are machined out and Nodular Ductile Iron sleeves replace them.

Also, Reinforces the Deck. Some Brand of Sleeves complete close the deck.

and then after that..they give u a option of boring it out to more displacement..which will cost more money..go search a thread under me..it's been discussed..
