Head bore slightly bigger then sleeve okay??
So my block is sleeved and bored to 84mm. I have a JG B16 head, the chamber has been brought out to 84.5mm from a previous set-up. My question is am I going to run into any major issues with running the 84.5mm chamber of the head on the 84mm block? The block is O-ringed.
Also I'm going to be running a Cometic 84mm head gasket.

I wouldn't like it....I don't think I'd personally settle for it. Your hydrocarbons are gonna skyrocket, plus that's just gonna be a breeding ground for pre-ignition. Your just providing an area in the chamber for the mixture to settle.

thanx buddy. I'll probably just have the machine shop measure it just to make sure, cause the 84.5mm thing is just what i was told by the previous owner.
