I can't tell what's causing it...

I don't know if it's just the stiff mounts pushing a little vibration through the car when I get on the gas or what.

People running Hasports....do you have slight vibrations when accelerating?

 

you get use to it, especially when you shift into gear and the dash and door panels would shake and your neck would jerk every time you shift gear.

 

Might wanna check the clutch and flywheel as well just to be sure. If the flywheel gets a hot spot on it, it can create a vibration on take off.

Does the shuddering happen all the time??? Or just when the motor is cold, or hot?? My B16 in my Civic does it a little when the car is first driven in the morning. It has a Toda flywheel and Exedy clutch. And engine mounts are all reinforced with inserts, plus a HASport driver side mount. But after warmup, it never happens.
