Default zc head onto d16y7 block - help please!

I can get a deal on a zc head swap and was wondering what it would take to put it on my d16y7 block.
would it just bolt up since the head came on a d-series block in the first place?
What kinda changes would i have to make as far as engine management?
would i need a different ecu?

fuel isnt really an issue since i have a turbo kit currently installed.
i have a walbro 255lph fuel pump, b&m fuel pressure reg, vortech fmu 4:1, 300cc injectors, and an apexi s-afc.

all comments are appreciated!
thanks alot!

Nothing short of extremely extensive quantities of work will get that head on there.
