I just finished the h22 swap in my 90 accord and it shifts hard sometimes it is fine but others it sticks between gears. I know its not the clutch. Would new bushings for a shorter throw make it engage easier? I do not think it has anything to do with the trans maybe just the shift linkage or the shifter. thanks for the help

 

its the syncros they can get beat from bad shifting or shifting to quick.

 

grease up those cables that are used for the shift linkage...its not the synchros

 

grease them where? Toward the engine or towards the shifter?

 

I just put the transmission in though i went from 190k to around 30k so i do not think it is the syncros unless someone before me couldn't drive worth ....

 

Its not the syncros, Its probaly just your bushings on the shift linkage.
