setting timing on LS/VTEC???

Default setting timing on LS/VTEC???

i have a problem on setting my timing on this ride. please i need a little assistant. well heres my problem. i set the arrows on the cam gear straight up and then put the crank pulley in position where the red mark is line up with the line on the cover rite. then tighten up the tension is that all. or am i missing something. please help.

Make sure that the marks on the cam gears are straight across, Then make sure the white mark on the pulley is matched up with the timing cover you should have no problem.

you mean the arrows point together right in the middle or straight up? and plus on my crank pully there is no white mark only a red one. which is which.
