When I did the swap from d16 to b18c, I replaced the intake manifold, header, and intake. As far as gains, I wouldn't know considering my b18c was never in it's stock form. But if you don't wire up the stock intake mani, you're gonna lose about 10lbs of torque. Just save the headache and make more power and go with the skunk2.

skunk2 intake manifold, jdm 4-1 header, rs*r original/apex n1 these are all good partrs to start with. for numbers do a search.

go for HKS exhaust Hiper, skunk2 IM(get the one for b16), DC stainless headers, skunk2 valve springs and retainers. intakes are not that big of a deal a stock itr airbox will do you good and an erics racing throttle body

Why are you telling him to get the skunk2 IM for the b16 when it doesn't fit on the p72 head? They have the intak mani for the gsr for a reason.

When I did the swap I went with a skunk2 intake mani, aem cai, and jdm dc 4-1 header. My next plan is to do custom 2.5" piping.

get a skunk2 manifold for sure. don't be cheap with the boltons. get race headers, full catback 2.5in piping w/no cat medrel bent, and ITR aem cai. you'll be more than happy.

The Skunk2 would probably be your best bet at the moment!

I would go with a ITR JDM 4-1, car sound cat, some exhaust about 2.5in, then get an ITR 3in AEM, Skunk2 mani, Hondata intake mani gasket, 01 ITR cams.
That would be a safe set up good for about 175 ish to the wheels, maybe more u never know. Now you will also probably want to get a new ECU and get it chipped and Run Hondata. The GSR ECU is a dual runner, and the skunk 2 is a single, aslo do NOT get the one for the B16, the heads are different ( to who ever said that ) get the one for the GSR only. If money is not an option then you can hit me up for another set up that will but you well over 2 to the wheels and a smile on your face !!

that all costs alot. if i where you i would use the stock GSR manifold but lose the waffer, cut it out....or see if it will go together without it. i run a 3" ITR cold air. i Get a 4-1 header make sure piping is atleast like 1"1/2 basically big. id say
170hp or so.. ull be more than happy GL
