RWD Del Sol lives again, picts and video
Hello all,
I am Dan, I bought the RWD Del Sol from Cody Loveland, Tinker, last December. When I bought the car, it still had a lot of work left to do, mainly the motor, which had low oil pressure. Well, the motor has been installed now for about a week. The motor is an H22A, with Type S Pistons, Crower Stage 3 Cams, Valve Springs, and Titanium Retainers, lots of ARP Hardware, and TWM Individual Throttle Bodies. Still lots of work left, but we are getting somewheres. For right now, I have a teaser picture, I need someone to host a 7.8 meg bitchin video if possible. Thanks a lot.
Dan

Let me know if this works, and give me your opinion. Keep in mind the is my first time behind the wheel of a RWD car.

The coolant lines where pretty damned close to the ground, and it was realized shortly after the video and problem was fixed.

PS More vids to come soon

I can't beleive you sold it for only 5k that is crazy. I would have charged atleast 10k and put a working motor in.

You could put subs in the bonnet, as the boot is rather full right now.......
Dan, we're going to the drag strip for sure friday.....you have no choice.

Re: (iROCKtheSOHC)
Dan you need to get that beast weighed...Im betting its 2000lbs or under. I could be wrong, but based on how it performed at the 170whp it put down when I had the car, it was extremely light.
My left toe doesnt say so, I just cut the last bit of squashed toe nail off from when the rear wheel kicked out, ran over my foot, before I had the toe links installed

Good to see it running again! Hopefully mine will be running soon too!
Besides the work you have to do on it, do you have any other plans for it?
