purge your cooling system of air yet?
calibrated your TPS yet?
connect all your sensors?
need more info on the car/engine, etc.... we don't know how to help you if you don't help us.

Re: RPM JUMPING... (DarkKnight[DMD])
if idle jumps around at idle check your vaccum lines and if it jumps around when you're flooring the pedal check your distributor.
on my old Prelude VTEC around 5000rpm it would jump back and forth from 5000 to 7500rpm and couldnt enage vtec....so i switched out the distributor and worked fine.

Yes, I had to replace my dizzy about 20 miles after I completed my swap. It died very quickly and you should check for CELs 6 and 9 I believe (on a p13 anyways).

My RPM was jumping around from 4500 to 8000 RPM.
Up & Down with hesitation, so I replaced the ignitor and the problem went anyway.
