Snail Tuning

ok i have a y1 tranny with lsd. i have redline tranny oil in it and an additive for lsd. when i go to put the car in reverse it grinds like crazy. if i put pressure on reverse i an feel the stick start to vibrate and then with more pressure it grinds. i have tightend the clutch alot and it still grinds. after i tighten the clutch cable it works for like one engagment and then grinds after. any sujestions. is revrse shot? or is their a simple fix. please help i hate hearing the grind and then thud when i have to back up. it goes into gear just grinds and then slams in. no other gears do.

Snail Tuning

then on sunday i was at a stop light and somethng kindove poped and it the clutch stuck engaged. th cable had gone really really loose. so i tightended it and drove it home and it worked fine. but im almost out of clutch cable and the peddle is some what sluggish and where the cable goes threw the fire wall itkidove poked out alittle. anyone else have this problem?
