ZC flat accel between 3500 and 6000
Once again Im speding my weekend trying to tune my recent swap which has led me to another question for you all. Im running a mugen chip in my zc and it pulls great up to about 3500 then you can feel it back off, the intake gets louder but car gets no faster, well very slowly it accels. Even with the stock chip(zc) it does the samething, I have a 2.25 cat back I had a place bend so its not mandel w/a dynoflo muff. I got cai w/ a intimidator filter(i know)just temp. But could these be the problem? I would think they would restrict a little but it is very noticable not only on straight accel, but on hills too. Thanks once again. And I cant afford dyno time right now.
I do have my map hooked up wrong I think but it seemed to work better its not running off the top of the tb I have it on the side where the heavy vac is coming from teed of to the diaphragm. I couldnt figure out the right way so Im still experimenting if you know please tell me. Thanks, I mean it.

Re: ZC flat accel between 3500 and 6000 (Jared)
This engine was in another car about two weeks ago, and pulled real hard, thats why I bought it. So the timing, should be on. I am consuming alot of gas 13mph and zero power on steep hills.
