Hey, glad to help out a fellow guy named Jason, who also lives in washington, and doing an h22 swap .

1.The 1 in the first picture is only for jdm engines, it's suppose to help for cold starts, it's the air boost valve I think, and no one I know uses it. So I'd just leave it off.

2. The seconds one is the EGR valve, and it's not ganna work without the other valve and solenoid it needs, it's purely for emissions and u don't need it, especially since ur ganna use a chipped p28.

3. I'm not sure what's in the thrid picture their, give me the wire colors and I think I can help u out.

4. Not sure what's in the 4th picture, sorry.

5. 5th picture I think is the intake air temp sensor but I'm not sure on that one.

6. 6th one is the knock sensor, which u won't need since ur gettin a p28.

7. 7th is the Ignition coil, external coil.

8. Hard to tell from picture. Take it from another angle plz.

Hope this helps.

You're using a P28? that makes your life easier.

Thank you hybrid MASTER! Finally! I got some help!

And I'll get better pictures ASAP! Actually.. I'll go right now.

**EDIT** That last thing DOES go to the dizzy... but there are 2 wires added in and soldered to a brown wire(if my memory serves me right). And then there is a random cut solid green wire on the plug as well.

the sensor on the fuel rail looks like a fuel PSI sending unit. You don't "need" it unless you have a gauge for it.

It is right next to the EGR lift sensor.. unless I am getting confused with another thing?

And for the other thing as I mentioned in the previous post right before skunked:: See the extra two wires added in? Ill take better pictures asap.

Just unplug all that crap. Just make sure all unused nipples on the manifold are plugged.

I have no idea what's going on with your distributor wiring.

What do you do with all the wiring after you remove the vacuum lines? and will it throw a CEL removing those things?

Looking at the picture, that plug looks random. I can't see where it goes from the picture. I can see the two plugs at the distributor, so unless you have an external coil, that doesn't appear to go anywhere.

ALL of that goes away, and needs to be capped at the EGR valve, Intake Manifold nipple, everything capped.

So do I actually remove the entire EGR thing on the right? Or just capped?

And for the dizzy, how come the guy soldered the wires together?

And for that plug that is taped off, look at the picture below in the green circles at the bottom right. Does it go to that by any chance?

And is there any way to keep the knock sensor by running a p28? *for added safety.

Leave the EGR bolted to the manifold, just remove the hoses and all the **** attached to them and plug all nipples with some vacum caps.

The sesor below is your thermostat switch for the radiator fan.

Leave the EGR bolted to the manifold. You can just make a plate to block flow to the valve also. Usually cutting out a template from a coke can or something will work.

Other than that, skunked covered it.

yep, I just went to Home Depot and bought some sheetmetal to make a block off plate. Worked out pretty well.

Did you put a ruber fitting or anything underneath it to stop it from leaking or anything? I don't even know what the EGR valve does. lol.

And for the thermostat sensor, is the one that is plugged into itself the plug for that by any chance? I don't see any other plug that would fit it. :/

Theres 4

WHT - WHT/RED wire goes to D14 which is O2 Sensor Input
BLK - ORG/BLK wire goes to A6, which is Heater Control
GRN - GRN/WHT wire goes to D22 which is Sensor Ground
BLK - YEL/BLK wire goes to A25 which is Sensor voltage (you can also splice into the power junction harness at the driver side shock tower harness)
