Default Reliability of this set up?

Hey im most likely going to be doing a B20 Vtec swap in my integra. B20b/z block with a GSR head with a stock 97 GSR Ecu. new GSR timing belt and new water pump. i will also be using the oil pump from my old GSR is this going to be a reliable set up? I will be running bigger injectors with an SAFCII eventually but not right away. Thanks
