Default Rear Brake Conversion

I'm a n00b here, but this seems like the right place to ask this question.

I have a 2006 Civic Hybrid (I don't know the code)
I want to convert this to a 4 wheel disc setup. The regenerative braking is done through the transaxle, so I know it won't be a problem with the charging system.

The question is, Where would I get the parts? Should I just trade out trailing arms with an Si? Will I need do change the proportions on the master cylinder? Is there anything else I will need to change/upgrade.

I understand that Hybrid doesn't fit in well with the racer crowd, I drive too many miles to not have it. Any help you can offer will be much appreciated.

Jay
