Default Converting JDM OBD1 --> US OBD2b

Hi everyone, I recently bought a JDM B18C to drop into my 2000 Civic Dx hatch. The motor and ECU are both OBD1. So what I have gathered, is that in order to use my stock wiring harness, I will have to convert the motor to OBD2b, and then use a OBD2b->OBD1 Jumper harness to run my ECU. (In addition to extra wiring)
So how do I go about converting a JDM OBD1 engine to plug into a USDM OBD2b harness?
(besides the dizzy and injector plugs)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
