question about TPS
if it is broke will it cause the motor to cut off at 3500 rpm ? just totally boggs out won't let it rev higher ?? also i only have headers and downpipe exhaust hasn't showed up yet ...
yes throwing code 7 tps sensor and idleing high but i am trying to figure out if that is why it won't rev higher than 3500 rpm ?? i have no clue thanks and yes i did do a search and really don't say anything
well my broken tps idled at 3000 (also had a vacume leak) dont think it can cause the engine to cut at 3500 but i could be wrong.
double check the connection on the bottom of the sensor. if it was removed at all (the sensor from the throttle body) make SURE you realign the tps with the teeth on the TB. can cause headaches. trust me. if you can get your hands on an electrical tester let me know ill tell you what readings you should be getting.
good luck.

yes i have a volt meter.. um what wires there are three there i dunno how to check all three at same time ?? what if i take tps completey off ?? i can not figure out why it keeps bogging like that it just kinda backfires a little and won't rev higher soon as i hit 3500k rpm i dunno headaches .... also it is a H22 in a civic and lets just say there is room for anything where the tps is ...
