Hi..I am in search of a motor for my integra.I am swaping out my JDM ITR motor to put something that i can register , and smog with..I am deciding if i sould get a LS motor to drop in my 95 integra gsr..I am wondering if i do that can i go get my motor register,pass smog,and get it legal?plmk..thanks

i thought in Cali as long as the motor was from that year car or later it was ok.

JDM R98:

Hey man, you should be able to smog that thing...whether jdm or not...as long as it is from the same year or newer. Also it has to have the vaccum crap hooked up properly to car specifics. If itll pass the sniffer you should be okay.
