QSD H2B Motor mount bracket
Has anybody else have had an issue with it? Mine is cracked and i remember my friends cracking at the welds also.
I want to put solid mounts but im afriad after a few passes at the track its going to crack if i get a new one.
Anybody found a way to reinforce it or soemthing?

talk to Seth @ qsd about this? i'm sure he'd gladly send you a new one. I've got about 2000 miles or so on mine and it looks good still.

i called them but im not sure who i spoke to and they told me to email them to order one because it has to go through paypal and i emailed them. its been a few days and i havnt got a response.

honestly i dont know. and i still havnt got a response from my email. Ima bout to just have a local welder cut off the two top triangles and weld two bigger ones at the edge so theres more weld holding it and it will clear the mount.

i had mine in a EK for 2 years and had no problems. i have a EF drag car now and have had no problems. the best way to get ahold of Seth is to call.... remember hes in Cali so dont forget the time difference for all you east coast guys tryin to get ahold of him. I've never had a problem getting ahold of him when i call, but it is race season also so he might be out of the shop alot at events

i would rather deal with this mount braking then have a problem shifting my car. anyway if u sitt need to get a hold of them i would just call them they picked up the 1st call for me like 30 mins ago im sure they will help u out.

im tired of qsd. they seem to never pick up or respond to emails. when my friend ordered a kit from them last year they were real quick to respond on how to send the money but after that it was impossible to get a hold of them and it took over a month to get the kit.
if i find somebody to buy this kit i will sell it and buy the evo one just because qsd are the worst people to deal with

i live across from qsd 
seth helpful, im pretty sure he'd help you out. he busy guy, just keep trying. had my qsd kit and never had a problem with anything. and im running solid mounts tooo.

x2 im telling u if u do what they ask they will take care of u. i sent them the pics of my broken mount like they asked i had a new mount with in 5 day an i live in maryland. can u post up pics of ur broken mount. i talked to seth on the phone early this week for 45 mins hes vary helpful as long as ur giving him the info there asking for they will help u

Seth does have a new solid motor mount out which is a much nicer piece than what originally came with the kit. Email him and see what he can do about getting you the new piece.

I will be doing some R&D for Seth with the new mount, I have it in the garage so ill take pics and upload tomorrow. It is a very high quality piece made from billet aluminum.
Once Seth has enough feedback on the piece he will release it... I'm sure he will come up with a great upgrade plan...

like i said befor all this guy has to do is show that its a qsd kit in im sure it will be replaced. i also have one of these soild mounts. its vary nice
