Are the progress coilovers made for h22 swaps worth the money or are koni's with GC and custom springs rate just as good?

full coiovers like the progress one have better shocks built in it to accomodate for the stiifer spring........ any aftermarket gas struts and shocks out there for hondas dont support any stiffer then 400 lbs springs making them not last as long and giving a bouncy ride with stiff springs. how stiff do you want to go? me myself i went out and bought a full coilover from B+G.........i'm allset with GC coilovers, but others might say they work great for them,,,, but not for me. depends on preference and how stiff of a ride you want

 

Well the progress ones have a progressive spring rate hence the name i'm not sure exactly the numbers in lbs though. The car will be a daily driver as well as a 1/4 ***** lol. So I want some driveable and something stiff enough for the 1/4 i'm not sure what lbs would be good enough for both?
